Dear AdWords,

I am writing an open letter to the AdWords department of Google in hopes that they understand my circumstance and reinstate my account.

In January of this year, I was doing some work for a client who apparently had some financial difficulties with AdWords.  While they were trying to ascertain what the problem was with their AdWords account,  I lent them my credit card to do a test transaction.  Subsequently, my personal AdWords account then failed to accept a credit.  At the time I didn't think much of it as it was a relatively new business card.   I wasn't aware of their financial difficulty as they had no problems paying my invoices at the time of the testing of their account with my credit card.

Calling AdWords customer service ( 1-866-246-6453 ) on a couple of occasions, I have found that the call center staff very helpful in telling me the exact same thing; that my account has violated your terms of service and they have the right to suspend any account for any reason. They did forward my situation to the billing department, but the answer returned from that department was that I was to be left as suspended with no further recourse.

As a small business owner with not a lot of extra money to waste on other online advertisers, I would like AdWords to review my account history and reinstate me.
